To be done on September 9th (on a Friday) at either 9am or 9pm.
9 dried rose buds or petals
9 equal pieces of ginseng root
9 oz. sweet red wine
9 fresh basil leaves (used to be marijuana in the old recipe!)
9 cloves
9 apples seeds
9 drops of vanilla extract
9 oz. strawberry or apple juice
9 oz. raspberry juice
9 white, pink, green, or red votive candles to the 9 love goddesses (remember that colored candles are a modern invention and it is all about intent).
Use a cauldron or pot to boil everything in. You will need a wooden spoon to stir it 9 times.
“Let the one who drinks this wine fall madly in love with me…in the name of the 9 goddesses.”
or the more common rhyme:
“LET THE ONE WHO DRINKS THIS WINE
SHOWER ME WITH LOVE DIVINE.
SWEET LOVE POTION NUMBER NINE
MAKE HIS/HER LOVE FOREVER MINE.”
9 times you say this as you stir. Boil it to a simmer then take it out to cool down. Blow on it 9 times. Bless it with the 9 love goddesses. Pour it into a clean container and strain it. Cover it and refrigerate until you can serve it to the victim. No one else is to touch the potion but you and the person you made it for.

Word of caution since this spell is very strong. Be sure you to include an insurance clause in the spell. I said something along the lines of, “may our love always equal to each other’s, never more than the other.”
